Description: Crumbly consistency. The curd grains
are elastic, firm, fine. Light yellow color. Clean,
fermented-milk, creamy taste and aroma. Can be
used as a standalone dish or as a base for tender
syrniki, airy baked casseroles, pastries, vareniki,
vatrushki, cheesecakes, curd muffins, and cookies.

Packaging: corrugated boxes 5, 10 and 20 kg, plastic
buckets 3 and 5 kg.
