Description: Crumbly consistency. The curd grains are elastic, firm, fine. Clean, fermented-milk, creamy taste and aroma. White color, uniform throughout the mass. Can be used as a standalone dish or as a base for tender syrniki (curd pancakes), airy baked casseroles, pastries, vareniki, vatrushki, cheesecakes, curd muffins, and cookies.
